Although that team was created 2 months ago with a bit different goal that it is today. Although we managed to find more regular CS:GO lineup which, we hope through trainings, will become competetive at least in regional online tournaments.
How we would give support to our guys we decided to make first version of our “Team Contract“, that is sponsorship contract in way of awarding them for some achievements.
Namely, team and players will be rewarded for various successes from winnings on tournaments to being in final of tournament and of course with winning tournaments. With winnings we have awards for regular arrivals at training, consistely good game and similar.
Part of Contract:
Win on match 1000 CroHQ ( 200 for every player)
Arrival at finals is immediately rewarded 1000 CroHQ so outcome doesn’t matter
Win on tournament 5000 CroHQ
Currently, awards will be just CroHQ points but in the future, depending on abilities of community and successes of team there would be other rewards.
Complete Contract is visible just to members of CroHQ team in team part on our forum which is “hidden” from rest of members how it would give privacy to team about their disscusions.
We hope that would be good motivation to guys for start and so we are hoping how they would try to grab as much as they can through future successes.
Soon there is coming Dota2 Contract and if you are interested in founding CroHQ team in some other popular and competetive game you are free to apply to me ( gicago) how we would chat about conditions of cooperation.
